		<description>I think you will find it is the result of cross-subsidies and kickbacks as the print side of the business struggles to make up for declining listings. Devaluing the online side (i.e. buy a print article and get online free) to maintain print market dominance and devalue the product for your competitors (i.e. Seek) who do not have a print publication. Surprise, surprise the non-sensical fight against market trends and the various kickbacks cause the pricing to be non-sensical.</description>

The one that supposedly creates ideal relationships for employer/ employee.  You will end up wading through so much irrelevance your eyes will glaze over and you will forget why you were there in the first place!</description>
