Is Linkme going to remove the so called "blog" section of the site? It continues to contain spam links and crap content

http://www.recruitmentdirectory.com.au/Blog/linkme-infestation-a111.html

It seems that the LinkMe system is open for abuse? Do you have systems in place to check the blogs when they are posted?

I tried a post and it passed easily http://www.linkme.com.au/ui/unregistered/blog/BlogPost.aspx?postId=e20b09f75aa64a2ebdb26ad6acc0e2e3

Hey Geoff and Paul,

Thanks for the comments on this one. We now have a large number of feeder channels pushing people into the LinkMe database (such as Finsia) so the number of people joining is starting to take off...which is good but also creates other issues such as this one which is 'not so good'!

Our groups functionality is also now starting to be used extensively unfortunately however some people have been taking advantage of the 'email all' function in public groups so we have now removed this function. 'Email all' is now only possible in Private Groups or via the administrator...apologies to anyong feeling a bit 'spammed' in the meantime.

Just an idea - when you give out your e-mail address to sites like this, register with linkme@onlinerecruitment.com.au .... so you can easily track who the culprit was when SPAM comes knocking.
